JAMORI — Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your JAMORI account and all associated data at any time. We process deletion requests within 7 days of identity verification.

How to request deletion

Include the following information in your email:

• Subject "Account deletion request"
• Body The email address associated with your JAMORI account
• Optional Reason for deletion (helps us improve)

We will verify your identity by replying to your registered email and then delete all associated data.

What gets deleted

Upon verification, the following data is permanently deleted:

• Account credentials (email, password hash, Google ID)
• Profile information (nickname, avatar, uploaded photo)
• Game progress (XP, level, hearts, completed units, cards, mode progress)
• Attendance/streak records
• Server-stored data (all rows associated with your user ID)
• Uploaded profile photos from server storage

What is retained (legal/anti-fraud)

The following may be retained for the periods indicated:

• Purchase records — 5 years (required by e-commerce / tax law)
• Anonymized server logs — 30 days (already stripped of identifying info)

Self-service alternative

Currently the deletion process is email-based to ensure verification. An in-app self-service deletion button is planned for a future update.

JAMORI 계정 및 관련된 모든 데이터의 삭제를 언제든 요청하실 수 있습니다. 본인 확인 후 7일 이내에 처리됩니다.

삭제 요청 방법

이메일에 다음 정보를 포함해 주세요:

• 제목 "계정 삭제 요청"
• 본문 JAMORI 가입 시 사용한 이메일 주소
• 선택 삭제 사유 (서비스 개선에 활용됩니다)

가입하신 이메일로 회신하여 본인 확인 후 모든 데이터를 삭제합니다.

삭제되는 데이터

본인 확인 후 다음 데이터가 영구 삭제됩니다:

• 계정 인증 정보 (이메일, 비밀번호 해시, Google ID)
• 프로필 정보 (닉네임, 아바타, 업로드한 프로필 사진)
• 게임 진행도 (XP, 레벨, 하트, 클리어한 단원, 카드, 모드 진행률)
• 출석/연속일수 기록
• 서버에 저장된 모든 사용자 데이터
• 서버에 업로드된 프로필 사진 파일

법령상 보관되는 데이터

다음 데이터는 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보관됩니다:

• 결제 기록 — 5년 (전자상거래법, 세법)
• 익명화된 서버 로그 — 30일 (식별 정보 이미 제거됨)

인앱 삭제 기능

현재는 본인 확인을 위해 이메일 기반 절차로 운영합니다. 앱 내 직접 삭제 버튼은 향후 업데이트에 추가될 예정입니다.
