JAMORI — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how JAMORI ("we", "our", "the app"),
a mobile application operated by StrokeHub, collects, uses, and protects
your personal information when you use the app.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Account information
- Email address (for sign-up / sign-in)
- Password (stored as bcrypt hash — never plain text)
- Nickname
- Avatar emoji or uploaded profile photo
- Google account profile information (when using Google Sign-In): email, display name, profile picture URL
1.2 Game progress data
- Total XP / user level / hearts
- Unlocked cards and bonus cards
- Completed lesson units and stars earned
- Challenge-mode round progress and best scores
- Words correctly solved
- Daily attendance dates (for streak calculation)
- Daily gift-box usage count, daily heart-grant date
1.3 Purchase data
- In-app purchase records (Google Play transaction ID, product ID, amount, currency, timestamp)
- We do not store or have access to credit card numbers or payment instruments — those are handled entirely by Google Play Billing.
1.4 Technical data
- IP address (server logs, kept ≤ 30 days for abuse prevention)
- Device information provided by the OS (model, OS version) — limited use
- Advertising ID (Google Play Services) for ad personalization
- Push-notification token (if you opt in to notifications)
2. How we use your information
- Provide and maintain the game (account, progress, leaderboard)
- Sync your progress across devices when you log in
- Display rankings (nickname, level, XP, profile image) to other users
- Process in-app purchases and unlock features (ad removal, etc.)
- Show personalized or non-personalized advertisements
- Detect and prevent abuse / fraud
- Send push notifications (only if you opt in)
3. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We may share data only when:
- Required by law (court order, government request)
- Necessary to operate the service (e.g., the ranking screen shows nicknames and avatars to other users, which is essential to the feature)
- You explicitly consent
5. Children's privacy
JAMORI is intended for users aged 13 and above.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you are a parent and believe your child under 13 has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
6. Data retention
- Account data: until you delete your account
- Server access logs: 30 days
- Purchase records: kept for 5 years (legal/tax requirement)
- Push tokens: deleted when you revoke notification permission
7. Your rights
- Access — request a copy of your stored data
- Correction — update inaccurate data (you can edit nickname/avatar in-app)
- Deletion — request full account deletion (see below)
- Withdraw consent — log out, uninstall, or revoke specific permissions
8. Account deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, email help@strovalab.com with the
subject "Account deletion" and the email address linked to your JAMORI account.
We will delete your account within 7 days of verification.
9. Data security
- All network traffic to our servers is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.2+)
- Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes (cost factor 12)
- Access to the production database is restricted to authorized administrators
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new
version at the same URL and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app
after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

본 개인정보처리방침은 StrokeHub(이하 "운영자")가 제공하는 모바일 앱
JAMORI(이하 "서비스")에서 이용자의 개인정보를 어떻게 수집·이용·보호하는지를 설명합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
1.1 계정 정보
- 이메일 주소 (회원가입·로그인)
- 비밀번호 (bcrypt 해시로 저장 — 평문 저장 안 함)
- 닉네임
- 아바타 이모지 또는 직접 업로드한 프로필 사진
- Google 로그인 사용 시: Google 계정 이메일, 표시 이름, 프로필 사진 URL
1.2 게임 진행 정보
- 누적 XP / 사용자 레벨 / 보유 하트
- 획득한 카드 및 보너스 카드
- 완료한 단원 및 별점
- 챌린지 모드 라운드 진행도 및 최고 점수
- 정답 맞춘 단어 수
- 일일 출석일 (연속 출석일수 계산용)
- 일일 선물상자 사용 횟수, 일일 하트 충전일
1.3 결제 정보
- 인앱 결제 기록 (Google Play 거래 ID, 상품 ID, 금액, 통화, 일시)
- 신용카드 번호 등 결제수단 정보는 저장하지 않으며 접근할 수 없습니다. 모든 결제는 Google Play Billing이 처리합니다.
1.4 기술 정보
- IP 주소 (서버 로그, 어뷰징 방지 목적으로 30일 이하 보관)
- OS가 제공하는 기본 기기 정보 (모델명, OS 버전) — 제한적 사용
- 광고 ID (Google Play 서비스) — 광고 맞춤화 용도
- 푸시 알림 토큰 (알림 동의 시에만)
2. 이용 목적
- 게임 서비스 제공 및 유지 (계정, 진행도, 랭킹)
- 로그인 시 기기 간 진행도 동기화
- 랭킹 화면에서 다른 사용자에게 닉네임·레벨·XP·프로필 사진 표시
- 인앱 결제 처리 및 기능 잠금 해제 (광고 제거 등)
- 맞춤형 또는 비맞춤형 광고 표시
- 부정행위·어뷰징 탐지 및 방지
- 푸시 알림 발송 (동의한 경우에만)
3. 제3자 서비스
다음 외부 서비스를 사용하며, 각각의 개인정보처리방침을 적용받습니다.
4. 정보 공유
운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매·임대·교환하지 않습니다.
다음의 경우에만 정보가 공유될 수 있습니다:
- 법령상 의무 (법원 명령, 정부 요청 등)
- 서비스 운영상 필수 (예: 랭킹 화면에 다른 사용자에게 닉네임·아바타 표시는 기능 자체에 필수)
- 이용자가 명시적으로 동의한 경우
5. 아동의 개인정보
JAMORI는 만 13세 이상의 이용자를 대상으로 합니다.
13세 미만 아동의 정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 보호자께서 13세 미만 자녀가
정보를 제공했다고 판단하실 경우, 아래 연락처로 문의하시면 즉시 삭제하겠습니다.
6. 보관 기간
- 계정 정보: 회원 탈퇴 시까지
- 서버 접근 로그: 30일
- 결제 기록: 5년 (전자상거래법 등 법령에 따른 보관)
- 푸시 토큰: 알림 권한 철회 시 삭제
7. 이용자의 권리
- 열람 — 저장된 본인 정보 사본 요청 가능
- 정정 — 잘못된 정보 수정 (앱 내에서 닉네임·아바타 직접 수정 가능)
- 삭제 — 전체 계정 삭제 요청 (아래 참조)
- 동의 철회 — 로그아웃, 앱 삭제, 특정 권한 철회
8. 계정 삭제 절차
계정 및 관련된 모든 데이터를 삭제하려면, 제목을 "계정 삭제"로 하여
help@strovalab.com으로 본인 가입 이메일을 명시하여 보내주시기 바랍니다.
본인 확인 후 7일 이내에 삭제됩니다.
9. 데이터 보안
- 서버와의 모든 통신은 HTTPS (TLS 1.2+)로 암호화됩니다

- 운영 데이터베이스 접근은 허가받은 관리자에게만 제한됩니다
10. 정책 변경

"최종 수정일"을 갱신합니다. 변경 후 서비스를 계속 이용하시면 개정 내용에 동의하신 것으로 간주됩니다.
